• Technology improvements: At KMI Machine Manufacturing Inc. we are always working on improvements to our products. Our primary focus is on energy savings and energy recovery from the dryers. These new improvements will be offered at cost, for a period of three years, to clients who have purchased KMI Moulding systems.
• Programming improvements: KMI Software improvements will be offered at no charge and KMI Hardware improvements will be offered at cost, for a period of two years, to clients who have purchased KMI Moulding systems.
• KMI custom manufactures specialty items to our meet our clients' needs. We will design as per your requirements or work to your sketches or drawings.
• Supplier/Manufacturer sourcing: Do you have a new product and need someone to manufacture it? Let KMI recommend a manufacturer for you.
Electrical Power generation
Run any of KMI’s pulp Moulding systems completely on diesel fuel. This would take your pulp Moulding system completely off your electrical service. In most cases where the cost of electricity is high or unavailable and diesel fuel is cost effective, this would be a very viable alternative. These generators are available standard in 460 volts 60 hz. and 380 volts 50 hz.
